These Terms of Service set out the understanding between you (the customer) and Tynefield Organics (the provider) for the supply and delivery of organic produce within Newcastle, England. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Service Area
We currently deliver within Newcastle and nearby postcodes (NE1–NE7). Requests outside these areas may not be accepted.
3. Ordering
Orders are made through our online form or by direct email. You confirm that all details provided are accurate and sufficient for delivery. Tynefield Organics reserves the right to decline or adjust an order if stock or weather conditions prevent fulfilment.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment methods are clearly displayed during the order process. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or verified.
5. Delivery
Delivery windows depend on route scheduling and farm availability. We aim to deliver within the selected slot but may adjust timing due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays. You’ll be notified of any significant changes.
6. Substitutions
When a listed item becomes unavailable, we may offer a close alternative of similar value and origin. You can specify “no substitutions” in your order notes if you prefer to skip unavailable items.
7. Returns and Issues
We handle produce with care, but natural variation occurs. If you receive an item that’s damaged or missing, please notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] with a brief description and photo if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
8. Responsibility
We are responsible for the goods until they reach the delivery address provided. Once delivered to a safe, agreed location, the risk transfers to you. We cannot be liable for spoilage resulting from delays in collection or incorrect storage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Tynefield Organics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is used only for order processing and communication, in accordance with our Data & Privacy policy (see here).
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and design, belongs to Tynefield Organics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Amendments
We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version is always available on our website, with the latest revision date shown below.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
